Week 25 and 26

Week 25 was a bad week for training, the finnish traditional midsummer came and I also injured my back alittle. So I only trained on monday and tuesday. Wednesday was sidelined and on thursday I whent to this music festival to enjoy the midsummer with some friends, I problably don't need to tell you there was plenty of alcohol involved... sigh!

Week 26 started great, a friend of mine who is a no-gi specialist ;) Came to our school to hold a seminar, it's still on going. This week I've trained so far:

Monday morning: no-gi 90min, evening BJJ 90min
Tuesday: MMA 90min
Wednesday morning no-gi 90min

I will have to work tonight, so I won't be able to train this evening. Too bad :( I've really enjoyed rolling with him, esspecially no-gi in which he is very very good.

Tomorrow and on friday we will train again and on friday we will hold a tournament within our own gym :)
